Cascade West Veterinary Hospital is looking for a Client Service Representative to join our wonderful team! Cascade West is a well-established mixed animal hospital located in beautiful Centralia, WA.
Ideal candidate:
Possesses exceptional customer service skills.
Ability to multi-task.
Proactive team player.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possesses a positive attitude and emotional intelligence.
Interested in learning and growing with our company.
Ability to be flexible with scheduling which may include weekends and holidays.
Familiar with Ezyvet practice management software is a definite plus.
Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations.
Minimum 1 to 2 years experience in a veterinary setting or a front desk position.
Job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Greeting clients and patients.
Handling multiple busy phone lines.
Scheduling appointments and surgeries.
Process transactions.
Obtain patient histories.
Client education.
Assist in maintaining the cleanliness of our hospital.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Computer experience is required.
Ability to multi-task and be proactive with problem resolution suggestions.
Critical thinking skills.
Ability to triage, prioritize, and possess excellent time management skills.
Close attention to detail is crucial.
Ability to communicate with staff and clients in a professional and respectful manner

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $16 - $18 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
