Job Description:
The Group Events Service Representative will be the first point of contact for all email inquiries related to hosting an event at Casa Bonita.
This role is responsible for providing timely responses to all inquiries and for routing leads to the on-site Group Event team for follow-up.
As a key member of the team, the Group Events Service Representative will ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
1 – 3 years of prior experience in a customer service or hospitality role
Dedicated home office space equipped with a reliable internet connection and a quiet environment conducive to delivering high-quality customer service
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and Gmail Drive Suites and familiarity with CRM systems
Ability to learn new systems quickly
Able to multitask and work in an extremely fast paced environment
Speed, accuracy, and efficiency are required as well as the ability to work well under pressure
Willing to follow procedures and take direction
Supportive of other team members
Can compete repetitive tasks while maintaining quality.
Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, days, late nights, holidays and special events. All shifts include a minimum of one weekend day.
PTO Blackout period from Thanksgiving week till January. (Though we are closed Thanksgiving and Christmas for employees to spend with their families.)
Preferred Requirements:
Experience using Tripleseat or similar software
Bilingual | Proficient in Spanish reading and writing
