As a Receptionist at CMA's Honda of Winchester, you will:

• Collaborate for Success: Greet walk-in customers and determine the nature of their visit, answer incoming phone calls, and direct callers to appropriate department or personnel
• Connect: Provide exceptional customer service and create a positive first impression for our valued customers.
• Stay Informed: Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge, staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the automotive industry.
• Utilize Technology: Assist with various administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents
• Build Relationships: A genuine desire to serve people, and a commitment to creating memorable customer experiences

Qualifications:

• Experience: previous customer service or administrative experience in a high-volume environment.
• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

• Tech Savvy: Intermediate computer skills.
