Carpenter Co. has an immediate opening for Customer Service Representative at our Mt. Airy, NC manufacturing branch. This position is responsible for all aspects of order entry, setting up deliveries for our customers, and providing outstanding customer service.
Carpenter Co. employees are committed to working hard to ensure production goals are met while maintaining operations excellence.
The successful candidate will be expected to communicate with our customers, Traffic Manager, Division Manager, Department Managers and loading docks, change ship dates, confirm deliveries, and service our customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Your additional responsibilities as Customer Service Representative will include :

Hours : 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, with a one-hour lunch break.
Salary : Commensurate with experience
