We are currently seeking an IT Project Manager to join our team.
General Summary
The IT Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all areas of the projects assigned to them. This includes projects that solely involve the IT department, or where the IT department plays a role in a larger project. This role involves ensuring that projects are completed on time, within a specified budget, and that all goals are met for the project. As a part of Sunrock’s Information Technology team, the individual will work with project team members to assign tasks and create schedules for those tasks to be completed. In this role, the IT Project Manager will use tools provided to track project performance including timeline, costs, and risks.
The right candidate for this role will work independently, but also be very adept in collaborating with others from internal and external teams. This individual will operate within division or department policy guidelines using independent judgment in achieving assigned objectives. Practicing absolute confidentiality, good judgment and common sense is required in all duties and any other task assigned. Typical works hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00AM to 5:00PM, though some after-hours work is possible in order to prevent impact to operations. Responsibilities include:
