Project Manager needed to support a large utilities project in Raleigh, NC.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Complete transition of client’s project.
  • Responsible for defining and planning the transition process.
  • Ability to engage with site hosts effectively and maintain goodwill.
  • Regulatory Reporting in support of transition.
  • Revenue reporting and reconciliation
  • Develop Transition budget.
  • Providing forecasts with variance explanations
  • Invoice processing & Purchase Order management.
  • Site Host and Public Engagement

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 9 years of Project Management Experience
  • Experience with Maintenance and Operations
  • Ability to support and complete regulatory reporting, engagement.
  • Ability to independently lead strategic efforts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, public speaking and presentation skills
  • Occasional travel required -25% 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters - business (MBA), project management, or equivalent. 
  • Utility Technical Certifications/Training; PMP or CAPM Certification; CMII/Construction Certifications; Professional Engineer License. 
  • Working knowledge to proficiency in project related Scheduling/ Cost Controls. 
  • Experience in utility industry. Knowledge in construction management.
