Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing various EPC projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with stakeholders to define project objectives, develop project plans, allocate resources, and ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management methodologies and possess excellent communication and leadership skills.
Duties:
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and budgets
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to stakeholders
- Facilitate change management processes to ensure smooth project implementation
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts as necessary
- Utilize business process modeling techniques to analyze current processes and identify areas for improvement
- Implement lean methodologies to streamline processes and increase efficiency
- Oversee project portfolio management activities, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
- Utilize Project Management tools such as ServiceNow to track project progress and manage documentation
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Proven experience in Project Management roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices
- Experience in change management processes and techniques
- Proficiency in vendor management and contract negotiation
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to effectively present complex information to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams
