• Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
• Answering phones, taking detailed messages, and responding to verbal inquiries.
• Entering new customers and services
• Knowledge of general office procedures
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Knowledge of basic computer programs and aptitude for working with new systems and software.
• Must live within 15 miles of West Ashely
