Responsibilities
- Client Interaction : Interact with clients, providing assistance with insurance-related questions and policy requests.
- Inquiry Resolution : Address client inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive client experience.
- Policy Support : Assist clients with policy changes, updates, and coverage inquiries.
- Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Customer Satisfaction : Ensure clients are satisfied with their experiences and provide solutions to any issues that arise.
Requirements
- Excellent Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Customer-Focused : A genuine desire to assist clients, address their needs, and provide exceptional service.
- Detail-Oriented : Ability to pay close attention to detail when managing client accounts, processing information, and resolving issues.
- Organization Skills : Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage workload efficiently, and meet deadlines.

- Insurance Knowledge : Familiarity with insurance products, policies, and regulations is an asset but not required.
