We are seeking an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our team. As an Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to customers, providing excellent customer service, and promoting our products and services. ### Duties:
- Make outbound calls to customers to provide information about our products and services
- Answer customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records
- Follow up with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Collaborate with team members to achieve department objectives
### Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong data entry skills and attention to detail
- Fluent in English, additional languages such as Spanish or other languages are a plus
- Sales experience is a plus
