The Office and Fleet Manager has primary responsibility for internal and external customer service management. Tasks and duties are focused on management of the office building to ensure staff and visitor safety; overseeing office functions including front desk/receptionist coverage; providing oversight for office equipment, inventory, supplies, and managing Caritas fleet assigned to the office. This position reports to the Office Administrator.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, although other duties may be assigned.
Responsibilities:
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE REQUIRED/PREFERRED
Degree/Field Required: High School diploma/GED (Related fields will be considered.)
Degree/Field Preferred: 4 yr degree (Related fields will be considered.)
