Our services include personal care assistance, meal planning and preparation, medication reminding, housekeeping duties and other tasks that allow our clients to avoid relocation and remain healthy, happy, and home.

We are seeking a full-time Care Manager that has a passion for working in the Eldercare Industry, is dedicated to making a difference, highly organized & has experience in Senior Care.

  • PREVIOUS CAREGIVER EXPERIENCE IS A PLUS

The position is a management role with the primary responsibilities of training and matching caregivers with clients, scheduling, consulting with clients and families for needs assessments, orienting caregivers to clients, and other tasks that help us continue to provide GreatCare® to the seniors in our community. If you have a passion for customer service and understand the importance of excellence in your work, then you may qualify for the role.

The ideal applicants have had experience in caregiving and are individuals that have experience in managing others in a healthcare setting such as a home health company, professional medical practice or a facility that provides services to elderly. Those individuals that have an education in Healthcare management may also qualify without direct experience. Qualified applicants must also pass a criminal background check for consideration and must be willing to assume on-call duties.
