Job Overview:
We have crafted a development opportunity for candidates aspiring to advance their professional career in the field of data entry or insurance verification.

In the position of an Entry-Level Data Entry Admissions Representative, you will assume a pivotal role in the patient admissions process. Your key responsibilities will encompass the verification of insurance information, the precise collection of patient data, and the coordination of appointment scheduling. Success in this role necessitates a keen eye for detail and exceptional communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Insurance Verification:
  • Verify patients' insurance information to ensure accuracy.
  • Communicate with insurance providers to obtain necessary authorizations.
  • Patient Data Entry:
  • Accurately input and update patient information into our database.
  • Maintain confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Appointment Scheduling:
  • Schedule patient appointments based on availability and medical requirements.
  • Confirm appointments and provide necessary instructions to patients.
  • Customer Service:
  • Interact with patients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Address patient inquiries and concerns effectively.
  • Documentation:
  • Maintain organized records of patient information and appointments.
  • Generate reports and documentation as required.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in data entry and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of healthcare terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
  • Strict adherence to patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations.
