DRC Collective, the company that brought you Trattoria Carina, Pub & Kitchen, and The Diving Horse is looking to add an experienced, hardworking & hospitality driven Sous Chef to our team. We are in the final stages of construction for our newest location in Bryn Mawr, Carina Sorella, which is slated to open this spring. We are searching for a passionate leader with a strong attention to detail and a drive to provide great hospitality. We are a small company with big growth on the horizon.

To be successful in this role, you'll need management skills and experience in back of house operations, the ability to lead a team and great culinary skills. You will need to know how to manage a team, develop and execute food to the correct spec, lead with hospitality and grace, and be ready to grow! We are looking to add some experienced, hardworking & hospitality driven staff members to our team. This candidate must be serious about the position and have the knowledge and experience that comes with being a Sous Chef. This position will report directly to the Executive fWho.
