We are a top 5, high volume used car dealer in the DMV and have seen tremendous growth in our sales and looking for high energy individuals with great attitudes to assist our sales team answer leads, phone calls and assist all customer inquires. Our team is built around great energy, positive attitudes and keeping a positive, enjoyable family style atmosphere.

Some of your responsibilities are:

  • Maintain a constant flow of inventory through inspection and getting pictures
  • Tracking sales, assisting in responding to, and managing all Internet leads;
  • Keep detailed notes in CRM system for everyone to be able to follow current status
  • Keep up to date of inventory and availability when scheduling appointments
  • Help maintain high reviews on internet sites;
  • Develop salespeople skills through regular training and instructions;
  • Research available vehicles and relevant products;
  • Managing, hiring and assisting a team of BDC agents;
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Duties:

  • Track sales and motivate the team
  • Hire, train and help to develop a strong sales team.
  • Build relationships with clients through regular communication
  • Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries or concerns
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for business growth
  • Assist with inventory control and management
  • Utilize retail math skills to analyze sales data and identify trends
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions and sales activities

Experience:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in math, including retail math concepts
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
