Title: Customer Service Representative

Reports to: Office Supervisor

Supervises: None

Function:

As a healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for successfully managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls

Duties & Responsibilities

• Deal directly with clients, patients and others either by telephone, electronically, or face to face
• Ensuring client and patient satisfaction while promptly assisting them with issues/concerns
• Developing the knowledge of customer needs and trends to improve client and patient satisfaction
• Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
• Provide pricing and delivery information
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests.
• Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
• Responsible for attendance at in office meetings and completion of annual online training
• Performs other duties as deemed appropriate by management

Education & Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
• Knowledge of relevant computer applications including Microsoft Office programs
• Knowledge of administrative procedures

Key CompetenciesPreferred: Outstanding knowledge of Microsoft Excel

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
