The Human Resources Manager is responsible for all different areas across the employee management, relations and recruitment for the health plan and the population health division support of those services.
**This is a hybrid role that requires 3-4 days in the corporate office/week**
Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree in human resources or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience
•Minimum of six (6) years' experience in a fast paced recruitment environment in a mid-sized to large company. Health plan or risk bearing entity experience preferred.
•Minimum of two (2) years' leadership experience in HR manager/supervisory or similar role.
  • Proficient understanding of the salary and incentives customary in the health plan /risk industry.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience with the human resources information system (HRIS) used by your company. Workday experience preferred.,
  • Ability to create a culture of diversity, inclusivity, collaboration, and teamwork.
  • Knowledge of a broad range of human resource strategies and practices, including compensation, performance management, safety, hiring and employee relations; able to apply these strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations.
  • People-oriented and results-driven
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Job Responsibilities: (Company defined as CareNu & SECUR)
  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
  • Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
  • Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
  • Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Develop training materials in conjunction with health plan Director of Compliance for models of care (MOC), code of conduct and compliance plan.
  • Responsible for the onboarding of all CareNu and SECUR employees.
  • Develop training materials and performance management programs to help ensure employees understand their job responsibilities.
  • Create a compensation strategy for all employees based on market research and pay surveys; keeps the strategy up to date.
  • Ensure the organization's compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Use performance management tools to provide guidance and feedback to team.
  • Ensure all company HR policies are applied consistently.
  • Partner with management to ensure strategic HR goals are aligned with business initiatives.
  • Maintain HR systems and processes and policies as required by to the standards applicable to OIR and other government programs.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Provide support and guidance to the CareNu & SECUR employees
  • Analyze trends in compensation and benefits.
  • Design and implement employee retention strategies.
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
  • Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across CareNu & SECUR the organization.
