MakarttPro is seeking a dynamic and driven Demand Generation Specialist to oversee our line of professional nail products, including monomer, acrylic powders, soft gel, gel polishes, and more. This role requires a creative individual with a strong background in sales or marketing, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a social media platform, creating engaging content, and driving demand to increase sales KPIs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute demand generation strategies to drive awareness and sales in MakarttPro's professional nail products.
• Manage a designated social media platform (e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube) to engage with our target audience and promote our products effectively.
• Create high-quality, compelling content (including but not limited to images, videos, tutorials) that showcases the benefits and features of our nail products.
• Collaborate with the ecommerce team to develop and implement campaigns that align with overall brand objectives and product launches.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (e.g., engagement rates, website traffic, conversion rates) to assess the effectiveness of demand generation efforts.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in digital marketing to continuously optimize strategies.
• Build and maintain relationships with influencers, beauty professionals, and industry partners to amplify brand presence and reach a wider audience.
• Provide regular reports and insights on campaign performance, trends, and opportunities for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales or marketing, with a focus on digital marketing and demand generation.
• Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics tracking.
• Strong understanding of the beauty industry, particularly in professional nail care products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content that resonates with our target audience.
• Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and aesthetics.
