About the Role

Turvo is seeking a results-driven Senior Manager of Demand Generation to lead our marketing efforts in driving qualified leads and revenue growth. This role will be responsible for overseeing the development, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns targeting prospects, engaging existing customers and fostering retention. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in developing and optimizing marketing programs, including Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and inbound campaigns, within a B2B environment. They will have a proven track record of using marketing results, customer insights, and analytics to inform and scale a successful marketing program.

In this role, the Senior Manager of Demand Generation will conceptualize, develop, own, and execute personalized and localized programs for Turvo’s identified named accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage end-to-end account-based and inbound marketing campaigns across various channels including strategy formulation, copy development, campaign setup, A/B testing, reporting, and optimization to increase sales pipeline to meet ARR goals. 
  • Create automation and engagement strategies at the different lifecycle stages, developing audience segmentation strategies and drive inbound sourced opportunities to grow the database.
  • Collaborate with sales and product teams to create personalized and consistent cross-channel messaging for identified industry verticals and named accounts.
  • Continuously enhance program methodologies, leveraging industry best practices and identifying opportunities to enhance effectiveness and efficiency. 
  • Deliver regular presentations on program performance and successes to sales and executive staff.
  • Actively monitor all campaign analytics, partner with the sales ops team to create appropriate reporting, and communicate results effectively to the team with recommended actions for optimization.
Qualifications, Skills, and Education:
  • 7 years experience running digital marketing programs, preferably in a SaaS or related B2B business. (Bonus for logistics/supply chain industry background). 
  • Bachelor’s degree required, (MBA Preferred)
  • Experienced superuser of HubSpot and WordPress, with proficiency in Salesforce, Slack and G-Suite. 
  • Past experience building online audiences and engaging with social influencers. 
  • Self-motivated, must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. 
  • Excellent cross-functional collaborator, striking deep relationships and ability to influence functional teams to gain consensus on vision for driving performance objectives.
  • Detailed, strategic problem solver with strong analytical skills to synthesize raw data into meaningful campaign optimization strategies for new and existing initiatives. 
  • Previous experience working closely with product management, product marketing, and data analytics.
  • Positive attitude, collaborative mindset, energetic approach, and optimistic outlook.
