Career Start is currently seeking a Service Technician in Albany, NY. To be considered for the position, preferred candidates will have a strong mechanical background and experience working in an industrial service environment previously. The Service Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing customer compressed air equipment in assigned territory.

Responsibilities of Service Technician:

• Install, maintain, and repair customer compressed air equipment for the territory.
• Analyze electrical, mechanical, refrigeration, and sub-systems to determine root causes and offer solutions.
• Support customers with after-hours emergency maintenance
• Support customers with recommendation on maintenance intervals and system improvements

Requirements of Service Technician:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Strong Mechanical background
• Experience in an industrial service environment
• Valid and clean driver’s license
