They serve as advocates for all of those in our Northeast Ohio community, especially the most vulnerable.

Job Summary:

Provide quality dental treatment to Care Alliance patients. Oversee clinical areas of operations and represent CAHC in the community by participating in CAHC sponsored outreach events.

Task Responsibilities:

  • Include but are not limited to:
  • Participates as part of a multidisciplinary medical team.
  • Perform exams and evaluating x-rays to determine a patient’s health.
  • Meet with patients and instruct them on proper oral care.
  • Provide required dental care as needed.
  • Develop treatment plans to address dental health issues.
  • Measuring and fitting dental appliances
  • Referring patients to a specialist if needed
  • Responsible for dental records to review events and determine interventions and solutions
Requirements:

Minimum Education and Experience:

Required:

  • Graduate of an accredited school of dental and Current State of Ohio Dental License
  • Ability to communicate and work with a diverse population base.
  • Eligible for Medicaid/Medicare provider status.
  • Strong clinical background.
  • Expertise in denture fabrication, extractions, complex restorative and patient management.
  • Excellent oral and written communications’ skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work with a diverse population.
