Dr Hani DDS is Hiring a General Dentist Near Cleveland, OH

We are looking for a Provider that is patient, as well as employee centric minded. Our candidate will be working with their own patient base that is already established in the office. Our Owner Dentist is also practicing at the same location. This makes this position great for a New, as well as a seasoned provider. Our team consist of 5 EFDA, 2 DA, Assisted Hygiene and full front office team. The Practice is over 9 years old and continues to be one of the best practices in the region. Candidate must have compassion and integrity in all skill sets.

Overview:
As a Dentist, you will provide comprehensive dental care to patients of all ages. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a modern dental office equipped with the latest technology and a supportive team.

Responsibilities:
- Perform dental examinations, diagnose oral conditions, and develop treatment plans
- Administer local anesthesia and perform dental procedures such as fillings, extractions, and root canals.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical history review and oral health evaluation
- Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) systems for accurate and efficient medical documentation
- Collaborate with dental assistants and hygienists to ensure optimal patient care
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices, preventive care, and treatment options
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain patient confidentiality
- Follow strict infection control protocols to ensure a safe and sterile environment
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in dentistry through continuing education

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical documentation and maintaining accurate patient records
- Excellent clinical skills in performing various dental procedures
- Ability to assess patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and commitment to patient privacy
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills for effective case management
- Strong communication skills to educate patients on oral health and treatment options

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school
- Valid state dental license in good standing/ DEA license
- Completion of a residency program preferred but not required

-Medicaid/ Medicare registration number. ( keep in mind that Medicaid had a 93% increase on all Dental reimbursements beginning in Jan 2024)
