Hylan Dental Care of Cleveland is looking for a full-time General Dentist who is interested in helping to manage our four Doctor, ten chair group practice. What You Can Expect

Hylan Dental Care is voted #1 Dentist in Cleveland, Ohio with a 4.8-star rating on Google with over 1,500 patient reviews. We provide dental care to the 35,000 patients in our database and offer free consultations to get to know patients' dental issues. You can expect 30-35 hours per week practicing and another 8 to 10 hours managing, supervising and training. 

Responsibilities

  • Educate patients on oral health and hygiene
  • Perform comprehensive full-mouth exams
  • Diagnose dental conditions and provide planning and treatment options
  • Perform patient-approved treatments
  • Update patients' medical records with detailed notes and accounts of treatments while maintaining strict confidentiality
  • Help with training and managing office staff
  • Lead by example and set the tone for a positive work atmosphere and culture

Pay and Benefits

Salary ($200,000 /year)* commission. *Pay is based on experience.

Minimum Education and Experience

Must be a DDS or DMD from an accredited school.

Preferred Experience

Minimum of 2 years out of schooling and working as a General Dentist.
