POSITION SUMMARY

The Client Content Manager is a key member of the team and is responsible for improving the productivity of the organization's clients and employees. This position assesses various business developmental needs to drive learning content initiatives while identifying and arranging suitable training solutions for the appropriate audiences. The position actively searches, creatively designs, and implements effective methods to build out training content for our clients and their team members in the SBU. As a pivotal member of our organization, you will be responsible for creating comprehensive and accessible training content aimed at enhancing the knowledge and skills of business owners across various industries.

OBJECTIVES

  • Develop training programs and materials targeted at our clients in a variety of industries, covering topics such as business strategy, marketing, finance, operations, and human resources
  • Design and create a variety of instructional content, including presentations, guides, manuals, videos, webinars, and interactive modules.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather insights and ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.
  • Utilize instructional design principles to structure content that facilitates learning and skill development effectively.
  • Adapt training content to suit different learning styles and levels of expertise among business owners.
  • Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve training content based on user engagement and effectiveness metrics
  • Assist in organizing and delivering live training sessions, workshops, and conferences for business owner audiences

COMPETENCIES

  • Experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or training content creation, particularly for adult learners or business audiences.
  • Strong understanding of small to medium-sized business operations, challenges, and growth strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and convey information effectively.
  • Proficiency in using multimedia tools and e-learning platforms (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, LMS systems).
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on producing high-quality, engaging, and visually appealing content.
  • Experience in conducting needs assessments and analyzing learning outcomes preferred

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • At least 3 years’ in a training position with a focus on curriculum development

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
