- Provide strategic direction and leadership to ensure efficient day-to-day operations of all senior living communities within the region.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance overall performance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with community managers to identify operational challenges and develop effective solutions.
- Identify and address budget/expense concerns with Executive Directors
- Monitor key financial metrics and performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and optimize financial outcomes.
- Maintain a strong focus on quality assurance and regulatory compliance across all communities within the region.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify opportunities for quality improvement and risk mitigation.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor Executive Directors across the region.
- Complete interviews with Executive Director candidates and participates in a collaborative effort to select the best candidates for job offers.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the region.
- Provide ongoing performance feedback, coaching, and support to drive employee engagement and development.
- Champion a customer-centric approach to service delivery and resident care.
- Monitor resident satisfaction levels, address concerns, and implement initiatives to enhance overall resident experience.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to attract new residents and retain existing ones through exceptional service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives, growth plans, and expansion projects within the region.
- Identify market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional objectives with company-wide goals and initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field highly preferred.
- Proven experience (5 years) in senior leadership roles within the senior living, healthcare, or hospitality industry.
- Strong understanding of operational management, financial analysis, and regulatory compliance in a multi-site environment.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to drive results, foster innovation, and lead teams through change.
- Knowledge of senior living industry trends, best practices, and quality standards.
- Ability to travel within the region as needed.
