Cardinal Capital Group is Hiring an Administrative Assistant Near West Hartford, CT

Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the point of contact between the manager and internal/external clients
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Make travel arrangements
  • Take dictation and minutes
  • Produce reports, presentations and briefs
  • Devise and maintain office filing system
  • Handle both mail and email
  • Make Appointments/Calendar

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a administrative assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up-to-date with the latest office gadgets and applications
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  • Real estate knowledge would be looked at as an advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality
  • College Education

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
