Responsibilities :

• Utilize your expertise to craft a wide range of cocktails, mocktails, and specialty drinks that showcase the flavors of Mexico.
• Engage with patrons in a friendly and welcoming manner, recommending drinks, sharing knowledge about our menu, and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including stocking inventory, cleaning equipment, and adhering to sanitation standards.
• Collaborate with the kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient flow of orders and timely service.
• Uphold responsible alcohol service practices and compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

Requirements :

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment, with a strong understanding of cocktail preparation techniques and beverage service standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with customers and provide exceptional hospitality.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Must be of legal drinking age and possess any necessary certifications for alcohol service in Arizona.
