We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced General Manager to oversee our dealership operations. As the General Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the dealership, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff development. If you have a passion for the automotive industry and a proven track record of success in dealership management, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

- Provide leadership and direction to all dealership departments

- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve revenue targets

- Ensure exceptional customer service by maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism

- Manage inventory control to optimize stock levels and minimize losses

- Oversee the hiring, training, and development of dealership staff

- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement

- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns

- Uphold company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations

Experience:

- Proven experience in automotive sales or dealership management

- Strong knowledge of inventory control principles and practices

- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Proficiency in math for financial analysis and budgeting purposes

- Experience in outbound sales and upselling techniques is preferred

- Multilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, is a plus

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year

• Day shift

• Monday to Friday
