CAPTRUST is Hiring a Product Manager Near Raleigh, NC

Overview

WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is a dynamic and innovative organization dedicated to leveraging technology to enhance our operational processes and support our internal stakeholders across various job functions. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager with a focus on Dynamics CRM to partner with our existing Product Manager and jointly lead the development and improvement of our core platform. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate and shape the future of our CRM system while contributing to our company's success.

Responsibilities

  • Product Strategy and Vision: Define and communicate the product vision and strategy for our Dynamics CRM platform, aligning it with the broader business objectives.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, sales, marketing, and operations, to understand their needs and challenges and facilitate alignment on product priorities.
  • Requirements Gathering: Conduct in-depth discussions with internal stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, ensuring that the CRM system effectively supports their operational processes.
  • Roadmap Planning: Create and maintain a comprehensive product roadmap for the Dynamics CRM platform, prioritizing features and enhancements based on stakeholder input and business value.
  • Prioritization: Employ a data-driven approach to prioritize feature development, balancing the demands of different job functions and operational processes.
  • Feature Communication: Effectively communicate product features, updates, and changes to internal stakeholders, ensuring a shared understanding of the platform's capabilities.
  • User Experience Enhancement: Collaborate with UX designers to ensure that the CRM platform offers an intuitive and user-friendly interface for all stakeholders.
  • Release Management: Plan and coordinate product releases, including managing feature launches, updates, and continuous improvements.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize metrics and analytics to monitor the performance of the CRM system, identifying areas for enhancement and optimization.
  • Iterative Improvement: Continuously iterate on the CRM platform, considering user feedback, market trends, and operational needs to drive ongoing improvement.
  • Problem Solving: Address challenges and obstacles that may arise during the product development process, finding creative solutions to meet stakeholder requirements.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  • Proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on Dynamics CRM or other CRM platforms

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Strong collaboration and facilitation skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple job functions.
  • Exceptional communication skills to ensure alignment on product priorities and to convey product changes to stakeholders.
  • Experience with requirements gathering and a data-driven approach to feature prioritization.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • A track record of successfully managing and improving a product throughout its lifecycle.
