WHO are we looking for?

CAPTRUST is seeking a CAPTRUST at Work Associate who will be responsible for maintaining and strategizing on the administrative and communication segments of the CAPTRUST at Work business. Additionally, the At Work Associate will support the management team with the day-to-day operations of the department. This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. in our Raleigh, NC, office location. Primary responsibilities may include the following, amongst others:

• Enter and create Workflows for specific presentations, advisor schedules, and Marketing video requests
• Updating CRM fields for new and existing clients
• Compare and maintain email contacts files
• Manage client email communication calendar
• Assist management with month departmental metrics reporting
• Data entry and analysis to identify trends and compile reports to be delivered to managers
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Provide administrative support within a high-volume call center environment
• Create demonstration training videos of the internal processes utilized by the At Work Desk and Retirement Counselors

Minimum Qualifications:

• 4-year college degree (preferred but not required)
• Basic knowledge of financial principals

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills
• Detail oriented and highly organized
• Adaptable to changing deadlines and respond to situational needs as they arise
• Proficient computer skills especially in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
