Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. This is a great opportunity to utilize your communication skills and contribute to the success of our company. Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about products, services, and promotions - Assist customers with placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints - Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or sales leads - Utilize effective phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions - Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Meet or exceed sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities Requirements: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus - Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills Note: This is a paid position.
