Position Overview:

Capital Gurus is seeking an experienced Business Lending Sales Manager to lead our sales team in expanding our footprint in the small business lending market. The Sales Manager will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth, building strategic partnerships, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires a dynamic leader with a proven track record in business lending sales and a passion for driving results.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business lending targets and maximize revenue growth.

2. Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of business lending sales representatives to achieve individual and team goals.

3. Performance Management: Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze data, and implement strategies to optimize sales effectiveness and profitability.

4. Product Expertise: Stay informed about business lending products, market trends, and competitor offerings to effectively position Capital Gurus as a leader in the industry.

5. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, referral partners, and industry stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.

6. New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.

7. Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams such as underwriting, operations, and marketing to ensure seamless execution of lending transactions and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

8. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies, and implement risk mitigation strategies to protect the interests of the company and its clients.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in working capital sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong leadership abilities with demonstrated experience in coaching, motivating, and developing high-performing sales teams.

- Deep understanding of business lending products, credit underwriting principles, and lending regulations.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop actionable sales strategies.

- Proficiency in Salesforce and other sales productivity tools.
