Capital City Property Management is Hiring a Lawn Care Worker Near Springfield, IL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Responsibilities:
- Perform lawn care tasks such as mowing, edging, and fertilizing
- Trim trees and shrubs to maintain their shape and health
- Install and maintain hardscape features such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls
- Plant flowers, bushes, and other plants to enhance the overall landscape

- Remove weeds, leaves, and other debris from outdoor spaces
- Snow plowing during winter months
- Build and repair fences, decks, and other outdoor structures as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in lawn care and landscaping
- Knowledge of power tools and hand tools used in landscaping work
- Familiarity with hardscape installation techniques
- Ability to trim trees and perform basic tree care tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently

Note: This is a paid position. Internship positions must also be compensated according to labor laws.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
