Job Description: Senior Graphic Designer

We are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and drive the visual identity of our brand. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing design projects across various mediums, ensuring consistency, innovation, and excellence in every deliverable. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading design initiatives, a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills, and the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals & brand identity, ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual presence across all channels.
• Conceptualize and execute design projects from ideation to completion, including but not limited to branding, marketing materials, digital assets, print collateral, and packaging.
• Serve as ambassador of our brand identity, ensuring consistency and integrity in all design outputs
• Collaborate with marketing and other cross-functional teams to understand project objectives, provide design solutions, and deliver on-time, high-quality deliverables.
• Mentor and coach junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow their skills and reach their full potential.
• Conduct thorough quality checks on design work to ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and adherence to brand guidelines and project requirements.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a high level of craftsmanship and professionalism.
• Stay informed about design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in graphic design and related fields, and apply insights to elevate our design capabilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects across different mediums and industries.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template creation
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team, as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
• Excellent conceptual thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong typography, layout design, and digital marketing.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, web design, or UX/UI design is a plus.
