Customer Service Representative

We seek a Customer Service Representative for a Full time Hybrid position based out of Totowa, NJ headquarters.
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, your primary responsibility for this role will be to support the customer service team in an assortment of general customer service functions that will include but not limited to; order entry, returns processing, fielding general customer service phone calls and emails.
Job Description:
· Respond professionally to phone and e-mail which include placing orders and answering questions about specific dance apparel
· Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
· Order management between web system and company ERP & WMS systems.
· Return/Credit Processing
· Performs other related duties as assigned
· General Customer Support including but not limited to:
· Order/Backorder Status
· Item Availability
· Tracking information
· Product knowledge
Requirements:
· Excellent communication skills including active listening
· Service-oriented and able to resolve customer grievances
· Proficient computer skills with the ability to learn new software
· A general interest/knowledge of the dance industry
· Customer service experience required
· Strong understanding of Microsoft Office
Not required but a definite Plus:
· Bilingual
· Experience in dance
· Basic knowledge of Customer Management Systems or E-Commerce Systems
