Position Overview:
Cape Resorts is seeking a motivated individual to provide strategic direction for driving revenue strategies across multiple properties. This position works directly with the Executive Vice President of Revenue Strategies to develop and execute revenue and marketing initiatives and strategic direction for the Cape Resorts portfolio.

This position is for an individual that understands that the revenue generation efforts are demanding and require the skills to anticipate market changes and adjust strategies as appropriate. This position is for a person comfortable with a “hands-on” role where they are expected to dive into projects and contribute to the strategy and delivery of new efforts. The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation:
