Job Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot, inspect, repair, maintain, and calibrate a broad range of clinical equipment, devices, systems, and instruments.
• Ensure equipment meets all regulatory compliance standards.
• Provide advanced technical support for equipment used in direct patient care.
• Effectively address customer service issues and complaints.
• Prepare necessary documentation and reports.
• Prioritize safety in all aspects of the job.
• Manage budgets for parts and service purchases.
• Participate in knowledge transfer by mentoring and training others.

Qualifications :

• Associate's Degree (or equivalent experience) in Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field focused on maintaining and repairing medical equipment in a healthcare setting.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in electronic, mechanical, or electro-mechanical repair within a healthcare technology environment.
• Prior experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is a must.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair skills for medical devices.
• Experience working in an operating room (OR), cath lab, or with sterilizer equipment (preferred).
• Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills.
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
