We are an established Chiropractic clinic that has been improving the health of our community for almost ten years!
Our mission is to help as many people in our community as we can. Our clinic is growing fast and we are having a lot of fun doing it. We are looking for someone who wants to make a big impact and take us to the next level.
We are hiring one candidate for Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The shift goes from 8:15am-6:30pm with a 1-2 hour break for lunch. We will utilize Saturday mornings from 8:15am - 1:00 pm for training until training is complete. Approximately 30 hours per week once training is complete.
Applicants should love communicating with patients and enjoy working as a team. We need someone who is friendly, organized, dependable, and task/goal oriented. Some of the main daily tasks will include answering phones, scheduling appointments, explaining insurance benefits, and taking payments. This is a very high paced environment.
There will be an initial 90 day training period paid at $17.00/hr. Training period can be shorter if hiree demonstrates they can perform all daily tasks independently. After training is complete, pay goes up to $18.00/hr. After six months of total employment pay goes up to $19/hr. Raises are typically given multiple times a year based on performance and bonuses are given every pay period based on met goals! Dental and Vision is also included once training is complete.
We are willing to train the right person, prior experience is not necessary but it is encouraged!
