POSITION PURPOSE:

Reporting to the Director of Front Office, Night Audit is responsible for welcoming and assisting late-night guests, answering phone calls, guest check in or check out, assisting with reservations and assisting our guests with common requests. The Audit responds to late-night guest complaints, requests and emergencies. They actualize overnight audit, which includes but is not limited to reconciling accounts, balancing the cash drawer and log receipts, investigating and resolving out-of-balance accounts, and keeping accurate financial records and ledgers. Finally, they distribute all the daily reports to hotel leadership after reconciliation, and provide guest folios for those checking out the next day.

IDEAL CANDIDATES WILL HAVE:

EXPERIENCE: Experience in hotels preferred, customer service required

EDUCATION: High School Diploma or its equivalent

• o Excellent communication skills
• o Ability to adapt to changing business demands and guest needs
• o Ability to work a flexible schedule: weekends, holidays, overnight
• o Possess a gracious, friendly and fun demeanor

COMPENSATION:

Starting wage is $19.50.
Wage Range is $19.50 - $22.60 per hour and is based on tenure, applicable experience and work history.

SUPPLEMENTAL PAY:

· Discretionary annual bonus program
