Canon is looking to hire a Hospitality Lead in Philadelphia, PA. This is a full time position offering a competitive pay rate, comprehensive benefit package, 401K with generous company match, employee discounts and other Canon perks!

Responsibilities:

• Manage conference room reservations including catering orders and IT needs.
• Prepare conference rooms for scheduled meetings, events, and luncheons.
• Disassemble conference room, furniture, and office equipment.
• Provide hospitality resources including local amenities, transportation, and retail.
• Organize and distribute supplies to client employees upon request.
• Submit service requests to appropriate departments (maintenance, IT, mailroom)
• Coordinate catering requests with vendors and ensure timely delivery.
• Clean and organize conference room by removing food, supplies, and materials
• Handle inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and efficient manner
• Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
• Assist with projects and other departmental intiatives.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of concierge or hospitality experience Legal or Corporate Environment.
• Experience in the Legal Industry preferred
• Must have Video Conferencing and AV set up experience.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and other technology systems
• Proficient use of fax, scanner, metering, stamping, tracking systems, copying, etc.)
• Exceptional customer service, professional attitude and appearance are a must.
