The Role:

The Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative will be an entrepreneurial-minded, data-driven, field sales professional who will develop and execute a clearly defined strategy that drives revenue growth and supports the delivery of best-in-class, client-focused web & digital marketing services. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth.

The goal of this role is to expand Cannabis Creative Group’s revenue streams as well as expand and broaden Cannabis Creative Group’s appeal to new and diverse market segments and industries. The role’s three main objectives are: to generate, expand and optimize revenue growth, develop new opportunities, and support additional growth opportunities.

As a Field Sales (Outside Sales) Representative at Cannabis Creative Group, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s growth and success. This is an exciting opportunity for self-starters who are confident in their sales abilities and eager to earn unlimited income based on their performance.

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven track record in outside sales, in any of these industries: cannabis, cbd and more.
  • Preferred pre-established relationships with target buyers in any of these industries: cannabis, cbd and more.
  • Preferred 10 years experience in business development/sales.
  • Self-motivated and driven by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Money motivated individuals.

Essential Job Functions include:

  • Prospecting: Identify and target potential clients through various lead generation methods, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing exceptional pre-sale support.
  • Distributing Sales Materials in person and digitally.
  • Set up the entrees and warm lead introductions to the inside sales team
  • Customized Solutions: Understand the unique needs and challenges of each client.
  • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline, and progress through our CRM system (Hubspot).
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify new opportunities.

Compensation:

This position is entirely commission-based, allowing you to earn a competitive commission on every sale you make. The potential for high earnings is unlimited, and your income will be directly proportional to your sales performance. Cannabis Creative Group offers a competitive commission structure with uncapped earning potential. The more you sell, the more you earn!
