Ideal Candidate
- This position emphasizes remote work, focusing on engaging clients through phone, email, and digital communication. It's perfect for initiators and those resilient in facing rejection. While sales experience or a background in sports or sports medicine is a plus, it's not mandatory. We're committed to providing thorough training to all new team members.
- Commitment of approximately 10 hours per week to begin, offering you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively. This starting point is designed to accommodate your existing commitments, with the potential to increase hours and responsibilities as you grow with us and as project demands evolve.
- We're looking for candidates with at least a high school diploma, possessing strong communication skills and a genuine interest in developing their sales expertise. Your drive to learn and improve is crucial, as we place a high value on continuous personal and professional development.
- Although the role is predominantly focused on remote interactions, there will be opportunities for occasional in-person engagements, such as meetings and exhibitions. These will be rare and organized based on mutual consent, ensuring they complement rather than complicate your primary responsibilities.
