Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team. The Night Auditor will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction and accurate financial reporting.

Duties:

- Conduct the nightly audit process to ensure accuracy in financial transactions
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the night shift
- Respond to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist in preparing daily reports for hotel management
- Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety of guests during the night

Experience:

- Previous experience in guest services or hotel management preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
- Knowledge of front desk operations in a hotel or resort setting
- Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service
- Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus
