Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Clerk/Night Auditor. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk during the night shift. Responsibilities:
- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression
- Check-in and check-out guests, process payments, and provide accurate information about hotel amenities and services
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate records of guest accounts, including billing information and room assignments
- Assist with reservations and room assignments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Conduct night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and prepare reports for management
- Monitor security cameras and ensure the safety and security of guests and hotel property
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Desk Manager or Hotel Manager

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel front desk or guest service role is preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of hotel operations, including reservations systems and phone systems
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as required
