Job Description:
This is a full-time/part-time front desk agent/night audit position. Our shift times are as follows:1st shift 6am-2pm, 2nd shift 2pm-10pm, Night-Audit 10pm-6am. Weekend availability is required.
Job purpose:
The front desk is often the first point of contact and the first impression for guests. Warm, knowledgeable service and helpful guidance reassure guests that they've made the right choice to stay with us. To deliver a great guest experience, Front Desk Agents will check in and out guests efficiently, while ensuring guests have everything they need.
