Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful execution of projects from initiation to completion. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Duties: - Lead and manage projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closing - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders - Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets - Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies - Coordinate resources and tasks to ensure project milestones are achieved - Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders - Conduct project meetings and facilitate effective communication among team members - Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project delivery processes - Foster a collaborative and positive team environment Requirements: - Proven experience as a Project Manager or similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members - Proficient in project management systems and tools - Solid understanding of program management principles - Knowledge of Kaizen methodologies for process improvement - Experience in scope management and change control processes - Familiarity with business process modeling techniques - Excellent technical writing skills for creating project documentation - Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) is a plus - Experience with SAS (Statistical Analysis System) is a plus - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills This is a full-time position with competitive compensation based on experience.
