The Campbell Bar is currently seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead its culinary team. This position requires a creative and experienced individual who is passionate about food and capable of managing kitchen operations efficiently.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling. Ensure all staff adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Train kitchen staff on food preparation, cooking techniques, and proper plating.
• Manage and coordinate food orders to ensure timely preparation and delivery.
• Supervise the cooking process and ensure all food meets quality standards.
• Order food supplies and kitchen equipment as needed, maintaining a fully stocked kitchen.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels, perform weekly assessments, and reduce food waste.
• Maintain weekly and monthly cost reports, and work with the restaurant manager on menu pricing.
• Ensure the kitchen complies with health and safety regulations. Conduct regular cleanliness and safety checks.
• Ensure all food products are stored in compliance with safety practices.
• Conduct daily line checks and provide immediate feedback to staff on food quality, execution, and presentation.
• Respond to customer complaints and feedback, making necessary adjustments to improve service.

Qualifications and Skills

• At least 2 years of experience as a Kitchen Manager.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
