Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Business Development Center Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for generating and managing sales leads, maintaining customer relationships, and supporting the overall growth of our dealership.
Duties:
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline by identifying potential customers and engaging in outbound sales activities
- Conduct cold calls and follow-up with leads to schedule appointments and promote our products and services
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts and support the achievement of sales targets
- Utilize sales management tools and systems to track leads, manage customer information, and monitor sales performance
- Assist with inventory control by coordinating vehicle availability and providing accurate information to customers
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and dealership promotions to effectively communicate with customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in outbound sales or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Proficient in using CRM software or other sales management tools
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
