POSITION SUMMARY
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a crucial role as an informational liaison for the Institute community and external visitors.
Reporting to the Facilities and Operations Manager, this position operates the tele system and greets visitors, effectively assessing their needs and directing them accordingly.
The ideal candidate will exhibit professionalism, efficiency, and accuracy in all tasks. Comfort with ongoing public interaction and the ability to maintain a pleasant, courteous, and positive demeanor with diverse individuals, including students, faculty, staff, and visitors, are essential for success in this role.
