The California Grizzlies are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative with the Grizzlies, you will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential partners and fans, and closing sales. Duties:
- Identify and pursue new sales and partnership opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
- Schedule appointments and conduct sales presentations to potential partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners and fans to ensure consumer satisfaction and create lifelong fans
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with partners to maximize sales revenue
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and partner interactions

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in account management or business development is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus
- Knowledge of technology sales is a plus

We offer 20% commission and up depending on experience level as well as opportunities for career growth and advancement.

Pay: $45,941.05 - $100,326.85 per year

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
